This policy describes how Lattix collects, uses, and shares information on lattix.co and, for customers, on the Lattix platform. It is a working draft we will refine with counsel. It is not legal advice.
The marketing site
When you visit lattix.co we collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to operate and secure the site. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, organization, role, and message you provide, and we use that information to respond. We do not sell website data.
The platform
Lattix processes protected health information on behalf of covered entities and business associates under a Business Associate Agreement. PHI is used only for the permitted purposes of use configured for your tenant — treatment, payment, and operations as applicable. We do not use PHI for advertising.
Cookies
The marketing site does not currently set advertising cookies. Essential cookies or local storage may be used for load balancing and security. Analytics, if added later, will be disclosed here.
Retention and rights
Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable business record. Platform retention follows the BAA and applicable law. To access, correct, or delete website information we hold about you, use thecontact form.
